Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move actively during shifts
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen management or sous chef role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs effectively
- Experience in high-volume foodservice environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily Back of House operations and supervise food prep, recipe execution, and catering events
- Monitor and develop kitchen teammates and evaluate staff performance with feedback
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and maintain stocked kitchen inventory
- Control operational costs and evaluate kitchen areas for improvement
- Estimate kitchen needs for goods and create detailed reports on revenues and expenses
- Participate actively in the fast-paced environment and uphold team energy
- Collaborate with the Executive Kitchen Manager to implement menus and operational plans
