Job Duties
- Supervises and oversees the production of food
- enforces compliance with employment policies
- monitors tickets and sets pace during peak hours
- manages through hands-on supervision including serving, hosting, and cooking
- conducts formal line taste and temperature checks
- ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of items
- manages inventory and tracks waste under direction of Kitchen Manager
- maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
- ensures consistency in food and service
- practices safe food handling procedures
- supervises adherence to established recipes and procedures
- creates a safe environment and assists in staff development
- maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- upholds culture and core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
