Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior kitchen supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • ability to supervise and lead a team
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a kitchen supervisory role preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage inventory and waste
  • detail-oriented with a focus on food quality and presentation

Job Duties

  • Supervises and oversees the production of food
  • enforces compliance with employment policies
  • monitors tickets and sets pace during peak hours
  • manages through hands-on supervision including serving, hosting, and cooking
  • conducts formal line taste and temperature checks
  • ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of items
  • manages inventory and tracks waste under direction of Kitchen Manager
  • maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
  • ensures consistency in food and service
  • practices safe food handling procedures
  • supervises adherence to established recipes and procedures
  • creates a safe environment and assists in staff development
  • maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • upholds culture and core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
