Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to lift 40lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekdays
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in maintaining high standards for food prep and presentation and ensuring quality and cleanliness
- Provide coaching and training to develop skills and knowledge of kitchen staff
- Follow and maintain proper sanitation, health regulations and food safety standards
- Assist the Kitchen Manager with the daily running of the kitchen for smooth, efficient service
