Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to lift 40lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekdays
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in kitchen or food service preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in maintaining high standards for food prep and presentation and ensuring quality and cleanliness
  • Provide coaching and training to develop skills and knowledge of kitchen staff
  • Follow and maintain proper sanitation, health regulations and food safety standards
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager with the daily running of the kitchen for smooth, efficient service
