Job Duties
- assist the kitchen manager in maintaining high standards for food prep and presentation and ensuring quality and cleanliness
- provide coaching and training to develop skills and knowledge of kitchen staff
- follow and maintain proper sanitation, health regulations and food safety standards
- assist the kitchen manager with the daily running of the kitchen for smooth, efficient service
