  • knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean organized kitchen
  • able to lift 40lbs
  • able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach throughout shift

Job Duties

  • assist the kitchen manager in maintaining high standards for food prep and presentation and ensuring quality and cleanliness
  • provide coaching and training to develop skills and knowledge of kitchen staff
  • follow and maintain proper sanitation, health regulations and food safety standards
  • assist the kitchen manager with the daily running of the kitchen for smooth, efficient service
