Job Duties
- prepare and follow recipes
- read tickets to determine what and when items need to be prepared
- clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
- work as a team with other back of the house staff
- enter inventory and food orders
- manage inside expo and communicate with the team to ensure order accuracy and ticket times
- communicate and train other team members
