Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in kitchen leadership or supervisory roles
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 21 years old to participate in the 401(k) plan
  • Positive attitude and readiness to learn
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen key hourly or shift supervisor leadership experience
  • Passion for creating high-quality food
  • Proven track record of achieving results and building teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a management role

Job Duties

  • Manage the back of house or kitchen teams
  • Collaborate with assistant managers to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high-quality food production
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Participate in management training programs
  • Build and develop a strong, winning team
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs
