Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work 45 to 55 hours per week
- Must be able to communicate in the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trade area
- Obtain or maintain food safety certifications
- Possess excellent basic math skills
- Experience in elevated supervisory or management roles
- Ability to take ownership and empower team members
- Thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant-related experience in hourly or managerial roles
- Experience operating Point of Sale systems and managing cash
- Leadership experience as a supervisor or manager
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Knowledge of food safety and willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Confidence working in front of house or heart of house operations
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Become a Snooze expert knowledgeable of history, vendors, products, and locations
- Understand and enforce all Snooze policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and expectations
- Ensure that all Guests receive responsive, friendly, courteous, and exceptional service
- Maintain expert knowledge of Snooze recipes and Food & Beverage Doctrine to ensure consistent preparation and presentation
- Monitor food and beverage quality throughout each shift to meet Snooze's taste, presentation, and temperature standards
- Execute daily systems and checklists ensuring safety, sanitation, and recipe adherence
- Oversee operational areas such as ordering, scheduling, inventory control, or hiring
- Manage Point of Sale system operations and cash handling procedures
- Resolve escalated Guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Communicate shift and Snooze initiatives to hourly Snoozers
- Manage service flow to optimize Guest and team experience
- Monitor and coach Snoozer performance on Guest experience and food quality
- Open and close restaurant according to procedures
- Schedule and conduct Snoozer training and cross-training
- Inspect and maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Demonstrate Snooze Leadership Principles with integrity
- Support local marketing, catering, and events
- Assist in leadership and annual employee check-ins
- Promote a safe, fun, and rewarding work environment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and food handling laws
- Perform additional duties to meet business needs
