Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs unassisted
- Stand for 4-10 hours
- Push and pull up to 100 lbs
- Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Reliable and able to work independently and as a team member

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years external experience as a cook or two years internal experience
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Good phone etiquette
- Proficient in written and verbal English

- Highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Able to meet deadlines
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Assist customers with their orders
- Responsible for all aspects of food preparation including grilling, cooking, and baking
- Making sandwiches and salads
- Enforce sanitation procedures and product organization
- Train new cooks, prep cooks, and servers
- Perform administrative duties such as transfers, inventories, and ordering
- Oversee kitchen and front-of-the-house operations in the absence of managers
- Conduct quality control and maintain recipe standards
- Answer department phone and ensure compliance with company policies
