Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in food service or kitchen management
- ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties

Job Duties
- Supervises and oversees the production of food
- enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
- monitors tickets and sets pace during peak hours
- manages through hands on supervision including serving, hosting, cooking
- conducts formal line taste and temp checks
- ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- manages inventory and tracks waste
- monitors and maintains cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
- ensures consistency in food and service
- practices safe food handling procedures
- ensures back of house employees follow established recipes and procedures
- creates a safe environment and assists in developing back of house employees
- ensures cleanliness and safety of restaurant at all times
- maintains culture and lives core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
