Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a restaurant or back-of-house environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety rules, storage, handling, and preparation
- Experience preparing all types of dishes, with a focus on Italian cuisine
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to teach, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff
- Fluent in English

Job Duties
- Assist the Kitchen Manager with supervising staff, scheduling, hiring, and training
- Ensure all food items are stored, prepared, and served according to recipes and portion standards
- Prepare dishes alongside the kitchen team following Uncle Giuseppe's recipes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Manage inventory, order kitchen materials, and track ingredient usage
- Collaborate with department managers on menu creation, pricing, and portion sizes
- Train employees on safe operation of kitchen equipment and proper food handling
- Perform other duties as assigned
