Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management or related culinary roles
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency with kitchen equipment and technology
  • valid food handler certification
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • capability to manage kitchen operations including scheduling and inventory control
  • experience with cost control and budgeting
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily Back of House operations and supervise food prep
  • recipe execution
  • supervise catering events
  • monitor and develop new and current kitchen teammates
  • evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
  • ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • maintain a fully-stocked kitchen inventory
  • control operational costs
  • evaluate the kitchen's areas to improve
  • estimate kitchen's needs for goods
  • create detailed reports weekly, monthly, and annually for revenues and expenses
  • participate in the active environment with employees averaging around 10 thousand steps per day
