Job Requirements
- A minimum of one year of high-volume venue experience
- ServSafe certification and local health and alcohol certifications as required
- must be positive, fun, coachable and open-minded
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- high guest satisfaction expectations and focus
- resourceful problem-solving skills
- consistently maintain high performance standards
- expected work week of 45 hours minimum with higher-volume seasons
- basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- restaurant and hospitality industry experience
- must have a flexible schedule

Job Duties
- Ensures that all guests have an awesome experience and are excited to come back
- manages operations of the venue including daily decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and planning
- monitors inventory and reports to Kitchen Manager
- sets high food quality standards by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- controls food costs through ordering and receiving products
- maintains appropriate staffing levels by tracking labor and budgets
- prepares and coaches staff on daily prep lists and inventory practices
- actively participates in menu rollouts and develops staff on new menu items
- verifies product consistency through recipe adherence and portion control
- reviews ticket times to ensure prompt food delivery
- maintains smallwares supplies and ordering practices
- interviews and hires kitchen staff
- conducts line checks and staff coaching
- schedules staff using forecasting and labor tools
- encourages communication across venue departments
- leads kitchen and shift meetings
- enforces company uniform and safety standards
- ensures security procedures to protect staff, guests, and assets
- controls inventory ordering, receiving, and invoice accuracy
