Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of experience in quantity cooking and food preparation
- At least one year of assistant manager experience or on-the-job training
- Willingness to participate in District 70 Payroll Direct Deposit Program
- Successful completion of background check

- Preferred associate or bachelor degree
- Food service safety certification preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations of the food service department
- Oversee food preparation and ensure nutritional standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
- Supervise and train food service staff
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Support the smooth delivery of meals to students
