Job Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- hold a current Food Handler's Permit
- have at least two years of kitchen experience or equivalent combination of education and training
- ability to handle conflict professionally and appropriately
- must enjoy working with and handling kitchen products
- possess excellent communication skills
- be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- be physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive motions throughout the workday
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensure the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
- maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- confirm pricing accuracy and signage, especially for ad items
- ensure daily cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen meets company standards
- deliver excellent customer service
- order products and create production sheets based on sales projections
- participate actively in the Safety Committee
- complete assigned tasks efficiently and timely
- set a professional and positive example
- communicate frequently with Store Director and Director of Kitchen Operations
- maintain company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity
- teach, mentor, and educate associates
- provide honest and constant feedback on associate performance
- write kitchen schedules to ensure coverage and meet labor goals
- conduct quarterly inventory of all kitchen products
