Job Requirements

- Knowledge and understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean organized kitchen
- Strong team player
Job Duties
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in maintaining high standards for food prep and presentation and ensuring quality and cleanliness
- Provide coaching and training to develop skills and knowledge of kitchen staff
- Follow and maintain proper sanitation, health regulations and food safety standards
- Assist the Kitchen Manager with the daily running of the kitchen for smooth, efficient service
