Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Hands-on experience in back of house
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including open, mid, and close shifts
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual a plus

Job Duties
- Manage opening, mid, and closing kitchen shifts
- Oversee all back-of-house operations
- Coach and develop kitchen staff to improve performance
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and safety standards
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Utilize POS systems to coordinate orders and track sales
- Enforce cleanliness and sanitation protocols
