Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Hands-on experience in back of house
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including open, mid, and close shifts
  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Bilingual a plus

  • Knowledge of scratch kitchen preparation
  • Familiarity with POS systems

  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Bilingual skills considered a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage opening, mid, and closing kitchen shifts
  • Oversee all back-of-house operations
  • Coach and develop kitchen staff to improve performance
  • Ensure food preparation meets quality and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Utilize POS systems to coordinate orders and track sales
  • Enforce cleanliness and sanitation protocols
