Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in a kitchen manager, assistant kitchen manager, or line manager role
  • Possession of a CA Food Handler Card
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Residency within a 30-45 minute commute of the San Francisco restaurant
  • Must be local and within commuting distance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience as a kitchen manager, assistant kitchen manager, or line manager
  • Experience in high-volume, higher-end dining environments
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Computer skills related to kitchen operations
  • Ability to coach and lead a team effectively
  • Experience with scheduling and inventory management
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take pride in every recipe made in the kitchen
  • Coach the team in a positive way with high standards
  • Maintain safety and sanitation protocols consistently
  • Focus on quality control and ensure adherence to recipes
  • Manage pricing, adjust inventory pars, and schedule staff
