Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- two years of kitchen experience
- current Food Handler's Permit
- ability to handle conflict professionally and appropriately
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to stand, walk, bend for long periods
- ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- good verbal and listening communication skills
- ability to follow policies and procedures strictly
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Must have open availability and availability to work weekends and holidays
- follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services Harmons Kitchen provides
- responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Kitchen
- confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
- ensures the Kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance
- delivers excellent customer service to all customers
- ordering product and creating production sheets to meet the needs of Harmons Kitchen based on past and projected sales
- active member of the Safety Committee which helps ensure the safety of both customers and associates
- completes assigned tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- sets a professional and positive example to others
- communicates openly and frequently with Store Director and Director of Kitchen Operations
- ensures company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity are maintained
- teaches, mentors, and educates associates to help them be successful members of the team
- provides honest, direct, and constant feedback to associates regarding their performance and areas of improvement
- assesses associate performance and influences promotion, discipline, etc.
- writing the Kitchen schedule to ensure coverage and meet labor goals
- quarterly inventory of all Kitchen products
