Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, climb ladder, and stand for long periods
  • Open availability including Fridays and Saturdays
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week with availability for overtime
  • Must be able to support kitchen goals and operations effectively

Job Qualifications

  • ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • Allergen certification
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience in food service management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and develop team members
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Familiarity with LEAN365 and waste management practices
  • Capability to plan and schedule effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems

Job Duties

  • Maintain a food safe environment that delivers crave-able food in a timely manner
  • Coach behaviors and productivity of all Team Leaders and Team Members in the kitchen
  • Support Kitchen Manager and partner with Front of House Managers to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Serve guests within 2 minutes 30 seconds without compromising accuracy and safety
  • Ensure preparation and production procedures follow Chick-fil-A brand standards
  • Execute systems including JOLT checklist for cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate on scheduling and troubleshoot issues daily
  • Coach, evaluate, and provide feedback to kitchen Team Leaders and Members
  • Develop and execute training plans and formal reviews
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A food safety and brand standards
  • Ensure timely notification of equipment issues
  • Promote LEAN365 production and waste management practices
  • Work with management to ensure kitchen coverage and productivity
  • Lead kitchen team with enthusiasm and clear communication
  • ServeSafe certified and Allergen certified
