Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, climb ladder, and stand for long periods
- Open availability including Fridays and Saturdays
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week with availability for overtime
- Must be able to support kitchen goals and operations effectively
Job Qualifications
- ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Allergen certification
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in food service management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and develop team members
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Familiarity with LEAN365 and waste management practices
- Capability to plan and schedule effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
Job Duties
- Maintain a food safe environment that delivers crave-able food in a timely manner
- Coach behaviors and productivity of all Team Leaders and Team Members in the kitchen
- Support Kitchen Manager and partner with Front of House Managers to ensure guest satisfaction
- Serve guests within 2 minutes 30 seconds without compromising accuracy and safety
- Ensure preparation and production procedures follow Chick-fil-A brand standards
- Execute systems including JOLT checklist for cleanliness and safety
- Collaborate on scheduling and troubleshoot issues daily
- Coach, evaluate, and provide feedback to kitchen Team Leaders and Members
- Develop and execute training plans and formal reviews
- Uphold Chick-fil-A food safety and brand standards
- Ensure timely notification of equipment issues
- Promote LEAN365 production and waste management practices
- Work with management to ensure kitchen coverage and productivity
- Lead kitchen team with enthusiasm and clear communication
- ServeSafe certified and Allergen certified
