Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- able to meet the physical demands of the role
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or culinary school certification preferred
- exceptional leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
- basic experience with Microsoft Suite and proficiency in kitchen operations
- a positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence
Job Duties
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in planning and directing food preparation and kitchen operations
- ensure recipes are followed with precision to maintain consistency and quality
- work closely with and train cooks and kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
- monitor staff training processes and regularly review progress and goals with trainers
- take a leadership role in quality control, food safety, and compliance with restaurant safety guidelines
- supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to maintain a productive and clean workspace
- oversee food inventory, ordering, and storage to control costs and minimize waste
