Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • able to meet the physical demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or culinary school certification preferred
  • exceptional leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • basic experience with Microsoft Suite and proficiency in kitchen operations
  • a positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence

Job Duties

  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in planning and directing food preparation and kitchen operations
  • ensure recipes are followed with precision to maintain consistency and quality
  • work closely with and train cooks and kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
  • monitor staff training processes and regularly review progress and goals with trainers
  • take a leadership role in quality control, food safety, and compliance with restaurant safety guidelines
  • supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to maintain a productive and clean workspace
  • oversee food inventory, ordering, and storage to control costs and minimize waste
