Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a kitchen supervisory or management role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on duties

Job Duties
- Supervises and oversees the production of food
- In conjunction with all management, enforces compliance with all employment policies in area of responsibility
- Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
- Manages through hands on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, and cooking
- Conducts formal line taste and temperature checks
- Ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- Manages inventory and tracks waste at the direction of Kitchen Manager
- Monitors and maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
- Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
- Understands and practices safe food handling procedures
- Ensures Back of House employees follow established recipes and procedures
- Creates a safe environment and assists in developing Back of House employees
- Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests
- Maintains culture of the restaurant living core values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
