Job Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must agree to background check
  • Ability to perform all restaurant level functions including delivery when needed
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week including peak sales hours
  • Experience with customer service and restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Job Qualifications

  • College degree is preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable
  • Knowledge of computers including MS Office and Google Platform
  • Proficient in restaurant functions such as food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, and company policies
  • Serv Safe Certification recommended
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

  • Communicating to Chef, GM and fellow managers clearly and effectively
