Job Duties
- Lead and direct back-of-house team operations
- Execute and enforce food safety and health regulations
- Manage inventory, conduct stock counts, and order kitchen supplies
- Oversee food preparation and cooking according to recipe specifications
- Assist with recruiting and staffing efforts
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in service areas
- Communicate regularly with staff and leadership
- Address customer concerns and collaborate with front-of-house team
- Ensure scheduling supports customer service expectations
- Complete additional projects as assigned
