Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four plus years of hospitality experience
- Two plus years of restaurant management or leadership experience
- Current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal, state or local law
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu including ingredients, preparation methods and presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer and navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, Point of Sale System and Outlook Email
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that support the business

- Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and experience
Job Duties
- Create a relaxed destination by developing and streamlining restaurant processes in partnership with the General Manager, Executive Chef and Regional Manager
- Set the course by partnering with the General Manager to ensure both BOH and FOH deliver exceptional service experiences and brand execution
- Build the perfect oasis by facilitating implementation of company learning and training programs, following up to monitor performance to ensure skills transfer
- Support your crew by assisting employees with career development strategies to improve retention and build bench strength
- Be proactive in managing shared expenses with Retail General Manager, Executive Chef and Bar Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and brand consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations in partnership with relevant authorities
