Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four plus years of hospitality experience
  • Two plus years of restaurant management or leadership experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal, state or local law
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu including ingredients, preparation methods and presentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, Point of Sale System and Outlook Email
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required that support the business

Job Qualifications

  • Two plus years of restaurant management or leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu including ingredients, preparation, and presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer use, including Windows, Microsoft Office, Point of Sale system and Outlook email
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and experience

Job Duties

  • Create a relaxed destination by developing and streamlining restaurant processes in partnership with the General Manager, Executive Chef and Regional Manager
  • Set the course by partnering with the General Manager to ensure both BOH and FOH deliver exceptional service experiences and brand execution
  • Build the perfect oasis by facilitating implementation of company learning and training programs, following up to monitor performance to ensure skills transfer
  • Support your crew by assisting employees with career development strategies to improve retention and build bench strength
  • Be proactive in managing shared expenses with Retail General Manager, Executive Chef and Bar Manager
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and brand consistency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations in partnership with relevant authorities
