Job Requirements

- prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality management
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of guest service protocols
- proficiency in budgeting and inventory management
- ability to handle guest complaints and special requests effectively

Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees and supervisors in the In-Room Dining Department to ensure established cultural and core standards are met
- plan daily activities and operations for the outlet
- be visible in the operation to provide recognition and promote good public relations
- handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts
- ensure quality and timeliness of all food items and provide knowledge of wine and spirits
- control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory, and cash control
- attend regular operational meetings to coordinate with other departments
- observe the physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend corrections and improvements
