Job Requirements

2-3 years experience in food and beverage and management, preferably in fine dining or room service setting
must have authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees and supervisors in the In-Room Dining Department to ensure established cultural and core standards are met
plan daily activities and operations of the outlet
be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts
ensure quality and timeliness of all food items and provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegant environment
control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory and cash control
attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective department coordination and cooperation
observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend corrections and improvements as needed
comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
