Job Duties
- select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees and supervisors in the In-Room Dining Department to ensure established cultural and core standards are met
- plan daily activities and operations of the outlet
- be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts
- ensure quality and timeliness of all food items and provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegant environment
- control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory and cash control
- attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective department coordination and cooperation
- observe physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommend corrections and improvements as needed
- comply with Four Seasons' work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
