Job Requirements

  • Degree in hotel management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping management experience
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to manage and interact with diverse teams

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, hotel preferred
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests

Job Duties

  • Oversee staff of room attendants, housekeepers, and inspectors by conducting daily and monthly meetings, inspecting staff work and giving guidance so that deficiencies are corrected, and standards are met
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper with personnel functions as directed, e.g. interviewing, training, performance evaluations
  • Arrange staff work schedules
  • Help guests and employees when called upon
