Job Requirements
- Degree in hotel management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping management experience
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage and interact with diverse teams
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hotel management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, hotel preferred
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
Job Duties
- Oversee staff of room attendants, housekeepers, and inspectors by conducting daily and monthly meetings, inspecting staff work and giving guidance so that deficiencies are corrected, and standards are met
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with personnel functions as directed, e.g. interviewing, training, performance evaluations
- Arrange staff work schedules
- Help guests and employees when called upon
