Job Requirements

  • Education and experience in hospitality or related field
  • managerial experience in luxury hotel housekeeping
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead multicultural teams
  • strong organizational abilities
  • computer proficiency
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • US work authorization unless currently a Four Seasons manager eligible for visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping department
  • experience managing in a unionized work environment
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task on several assignments
  • proficient with computer equipment and programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • experience with OPERA PMS and HotSOS
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • additional language skills advantageous
  • post secondary education in hospitality or related field

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest accommodations and all front and back of house areas are maintained in spotless condition
  • establish and control planned cleaning schedules
  • coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest accommodations meet Four Seasons standards and are ready on time
  • assist Supervisors with training and supervising Housekeeping staff
  • assume responsibility for the Department in the absence of Director or Assistant Director of Housekeeping
  • manage day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department
  • maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the property
