Job Requirements
- Education and experience in hospitality or related field
- managerial experience in luxury hotel housekeeping
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead multicultural teams
- strong organizational abilities
- computer proficiency
- excellent communication skills in English
- US work authorization unless currently a Four Seasons manager eligible for visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping department
- experience managing in a unionized work environment
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to multi-task on several assignments
- proficient with computer equipment and programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- experience with OPERA PMS and HotSOS
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- additional language skills advantageous
- post secondary education in hospitality or related field
Job Duties
- Ensure guest accommodations and all front and back of house areas are maintained in spotless condition
- establish and control planned cleaning schedules
- coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest accommodations meet Four Seasons standards and are ready on time
- assist Supervisors with training and supervising Housekeeping staff
- assume responsibility for the Department in the absence of Director or Assistant Director of Housekeeping
- manage day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department
- maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the property
