Job Requirements
- Minimum three to five years progressive housekeeping inspection or supervisory experience with hospitality industry
- strong organizational and leadership qualities
- interpersonal skills and dedicated commitment to excellence
- ability to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- reach with hands and arms
- climb or balance
- stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- talk, hear and taste or smell
- ability to stand, walk, and move through resort property for 80 percent of assigned shift
- ability to remain in stationary position 20 percent of assigned shift
- maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- adequate manual dexterity to operate office equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist in coordinating checkout, clean and vacant rooms status with Guest Services
- submit work order items for repairs with the Maintenance department as necessary
- inspect all check outs prior to turning them into the Front Desk to ensure compliance with Company SOPs
- complete and file room inspection forms
- work as a team in unison with all members of staff to ensure an efficiently organized and operated department
- provide training, mentoring, and coaching to housekeeping staff
- act as Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper in absence
