Job Duties
- Oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person team members
- collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to enhance guest experience
- ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- drive productivity and maintain high cleanliness standards
- model professional behavior and coach team members
- manage onboarding, training and performance evaluations
- anticipate and address team and guest needs during busy periods
