Job Duties

  • Oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person team members
  • collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to enhance guest experience
  • ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
  • drive productivity and maintain high cleanliness standards
  • model professional behavior and coach team members
  • manage onboarding, training and performance evaluations
  • anticipate and address team and guest needs during busy periods
