Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer skills
  • physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle supervisory responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
  • good organizational and time management skills
  • willingness to learn and advance in the hospitality field

Job Duties

  • manage housekeeping operations in the absence of the executive housekeeper
  • assist in training and supervising housekeeping staff
  • ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to support overall guest satisfaction
  • maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • support the executive housekeeper with administrative duties
  • assist in scheduling and budgeting for the housekeeping department
