Job Requirements
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
- Must possess high energy and entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be an effective communicator with motivational leadership skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Job Qualifications
- Hotel or hospitality degree an asset
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
- Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
- Motivational leadership abilities
- High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
Job Duties
- Assist in overseeing the housekeeping area including public areas and night cleaning
- Manage housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
- Ensure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed
- Provide staff training and development
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Promote customer and associate satisfaction
- Coordinate turndown service and cater to VIP guest needs
