Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to supervise staff
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computer use
- Knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- Availability to work Monday - Friday 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and rotating weekend shifts 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Job Duties
- Provide the supports required per departmental guidelines
- Understand and implement current state licensing rules and regulations, agency policies and procedures and protection of individual consumer rights and protection from harm
- Develop and implement curriculum for each individual to ensure a meaningful day
- Work closely with appropriate disciplines (PT, OT, Speech, Nursing, B A Services, etc.) to ensure continuity of care for individuals served
- Communicate effectively in writing and orally, complete various office tasks and utilize the computer effectively and have the ability to read, write and comprehend the English language proficiently
- Supervise direct support staff and assist in evaluation of performance, provide input relative to hiring/termination of personnel and implement appropriate progressive discipline as needed
- Ensure all required training is completed timely
- Complete all required documents within a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
