Job Requirements
- 6-12 months of previous experience in a full-service restaurant or bar management
- Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
- Food and alcohol safety certificates must be acquired within 15 days from date of hire if not currently held
- Good problem-solving ability and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Hotel experience preferred
- Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
- Ability to push, bend, stoop, reach upward, demonstrate manual dexterity
- Capable of hearing, writing, typing
- Minimum pulling of 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Uphold food and beverage service standards and safety protocols
- Supervise and coach service staff
- Adjust staffing based on business demands and forecasts
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all outlets
- Step in for the Food and Beverage Manager when needed
