Job Requirements

  • 6-12 months of previous experience in a full-service restaurant or bar management
  • Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
  • Food and alcohol safety certificates must be acquired within 15 days from date of hire if not currently held
  • Good problem-solving ability and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
  • Ability to push, bend, stoop, reach upward, demonstrate manual dexterity
  • Capable of hearing, writing, typing
  • Minimum pulling of 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Uphold food and beverage service standards and safety protocols
  • Supervise and coach service staff
  • Adjust staffing based on business demands and forecasts
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all outlets
  • Step in for the Food and Beverage Manager when needed
