Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in guest services front desk or related hospitality role
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Experience in hotel or resort environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management software and office applications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage guest services operations ensuring efficiency courtesy and professionalism
- Ensure seamless check-in/check-out process assisting guests with special requirements
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries maintaining positive interactions
- Anticipate guest needs providing personalized services like arranging amenities and transportation
- Lead train and develop guest services team providing top-notch service
- Handle and resolve guest complaints ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest services
- Monitor and maintain department workflow for efficient operations
- Develop and maintain guest services policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with guests providing personalized service
- Assist with guest billing inquiries maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare daily reports on guest services activities including feedback and room availability
