Job Duties
- Assist in leadership, planning, and organization of daily guest services operations
- Provide supervision and direction to Guest Services Associates
- Handle guest issues to resolution and monitor guest satisfaction scores
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with owners, guests, and other site departments
- Assist in attracting, coaching, training, and retaining talent
- Partner with Human Resources to minimize employee relations issues
- Oversee additional departments as business needs dictate
