Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • some college coursework or specialized golf-related training preferred
  • active Class A or B membership in the PGA or LPGA must be maintained
  • acceptable progress in PGA program as reviewed yearly
  • valid TABC Server Permit must be obtained within 60 days of employment
  • minimum one year of golf operations experience with supervisory or instructional responsibilities
  • pass background check driving history check and drug testing
  • ability to perform light to medium physical work including standing walking and exerting up to 20 pounds of force regularly

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • some college coursework or specialized golf-related training preferred
  • active Class A or B membership in the PGA or LPGA
  • acceptable progress reviewed yearly with maintained timelines
  • preference for candidates on or beyond Level 2 PGM
  • possession or application for valid TABC Server Permit within 60 days
  • at least one year progressively responsible golf operations experience including supervisory or instructional duties

Job Duties

  • Plan schedule supervise and evaluate golf shop personnel and starters
  • participate in hiring discipline and termination of part-time employees
  • oversee daily opening and closing procedures enforcing cash-handling and control policies
  • manage golf operations including tee sheet oversight merchandise control and POS systems
  • manage golf shop merchandise inventory and sales tracking
  • lead tournaments outings leagues and special events ensuring coordination and guest experience
  • assist in developing marketing strategies for rounds and event participation
  • maintain TABC Server Permit and serve as Person-To-Close
  • monitor facility conditions coordinate maintenance
  • deliver golf instruction including lessons clinics and junior programs as needed
  • perform other management duties to support golf operations success
