Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Class 'A' or 'B' membership in the PGA or LPGA
- Valid TABC Server Permit or ability to apply within 60 days of employment
- At least one year of golf operations experience including supervisory duties
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force regularly
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- some college coursework or specialized golf-related training preferred
- Active Class 'A' or 'B' membership in the PGA or LPGA, with acceptable progress reviewed yearly
- Valid TABC Server Permit or ability to apply within 60 days of employment
- At least one year of progressively responsible golf operations experience including supervisory or instructional duties
Job Duties
- Plan, schedule, supervise, and evaluate the work of Golf Shop Personnel and Starters
- Participate in hiring, discipline, and termination decisions for part-time staff
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures and enforce cash-handling policies
- Manage tee sheet oversight, merchandise control, and POS systems
- Lead golf tournaments, outings, leagues, and special events ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase rounds and event participation
- Perform golf instructional duties including individual lessons, clinics, and junior programs
