Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a golf facility or related industry
- knowledge of golf tournament operations and event management
- understanding of Microsoft Office products
- strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members, guests, and colleagues
- proficiency in golf instruction techniques and equipment fitting
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, practice areas, and golf carts
- operate golf cart fleet efficiently and safely, ensuring adherence to course policies and procedures
- schedule tee time reservations and manage changes to schedule
- work full-time schedule throughout the summer
- support the management of golf events, tournaments, and leagues including organization, set, scoring, and coordination of logistics
- provide support to the Golf Operations Manager and other staff members as needed to ensure smooth operations of the facility
- supervise Golf Shop and Outside Service Attendants to ensure effective service delivery
