Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of P&L and budgeting
- Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience of 2 or more years in management roles
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality
- Fundamental knowledge of wine service
- Understanding of P&L statements and budgeting
- Experience with inventory recording and TOAST Point of Sale systems
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, service areas, and bathrooms are cleaned and maintained up to company and health department standards
- Check forecasted reservations vs. staffing requirements
- Conduct weekly bar inventory and report recommendations for ordering of products for Bar
- Complete and submit schedule for bar staff to General Manager
- Assist in weekly grass roots marketing
- Assist service staff throughout dining periods
- Assist service staff to ensure a 5-star experience for all guests
- Do final service staff close out reports
