Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency with property management software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist with coordinating planning and executing activities with supervisors in regards to timetables, work schedules, etc.
  • Assist with determining the workforce, recruitment and hiring of new staff
  • Provide leadership support and direction to team members
  • Assist in the responsibility of all hotel cash flow
  • Have working knowledge of specific property management systems used at the property
  • Maintain high standard of hospitality and service
  • Maintain high visibility throughout the property
  • Require excellent communication skills
