Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency with property management software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including holidays

Job Duties
- Assist with coordinating planning and executing activities with supervisors in regards to timetables, work schedules, etc.
- Assist with determining the workforce, recruitment and hiring of new staff
- Provide leadership support and direction to team members
- Assist in the responsibility of all hotel cash flow
- Have working knowledge of specific property management systems used at the property
- Maintain high standard of hospitality and service
- Maintain high visibility throughout the property
- Require excellent communication skills
