Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service

- Oversee staff training and development initiatives including the 16-week Pluckers University program
- Monitor sales and profits to maximize monthly and annual bonuses
- Maintain a professional and approachable managerial presence
