Job Requirements
- minimum bachelor's degree in related field
- two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- knowledge of golf course operations and point-of-sale systems
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to diffuse and resolve conflicts effectively
- experience in golf retail and food service operations
- proficiency in event coordination and inventory management
- willingness to comply with background check and health requirements
- ability to work full time with a 9-month schedule

Job Duties
- assist general manager with daily golf course operations including staff management and customer service
- oversee point-of-sale, cart barn, pro shop and food and beverage operations
- train casual wage staff and plan daily assignments
- address customer complaints and resolve issues
- manage tee time scheduling and event planning including tournaments and group outings
- monitor expenses and revenues to drive financial performance
- develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- ensure compliance with university, NCAA, Ivy League and PGA regulations
- manage inventory control and purchasing
- foster positive relationships within golf community and university departments
- assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
