Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • Experience with profit and loss responsibility within a comparably scoped environment
  • Ability to lead large teams in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • Preferred experience in premium and concessions management
  • Experience managing profit and loss in a comparably scoped environment
  • Ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Job Duties

  • Manage profit and loss responsibility for food and beverage operations
  • Manage the client relationship at the location while providing hands-on execution and leadership of operations
  • Lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and service concepts
  • Develop new concepts to increase revenue sources for public foods, concessions, premium service and catering outlets
  • Partner with the General Manager to plan and execute business development strategies for growth
  • Recruit and develop new and existing managers
  • Interact effectively with clients, stadium guests, and team members regularly
