Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility within a comparably scoped environment
- Ability to lead large teams in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills

- Ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Manage profit and loss responsibility for food and beverage operations
- Manage the client relationship at the location while providing hands-on execution and leadership of operations
- Lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and service concepts
- Develop new concepts to increase revenue sources for public foods, concessions, premium service and catering outlets
- Partner with the General Manager to plan and execute business development strategies for growth
- Recruit and develop new and existing managers
- Interact effectively with clients, stadium guests, and team members regularly
