Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Capability to lift 35 lbs
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
- Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
- Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
- Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
- Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
