Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or restaurant management a plus
- Experience mentoring a team
- Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
- Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine
- Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including front and back of house
- Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
- Form authentic relationships with guests
- Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
- Be good to others and be good to yourself
