Job Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent
  • Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Hotel-specific experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel
  • Train, develop and coach team members to achieve success
  • Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by establishing high service standards
  • Lead, coach and develop team members in all areas of the hotel
  • Role model quality assurance best practices and meet or exceed quality assurance metrics
  • Deliver on key business measures including service, cost, labor controls and team engagement
  • Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
