Job Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel
- Train, develop and coach team members to achieve success
- Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by establishing high service standards
- Lead, coach and develop team members in all areas of the hotel
- Role model quality assurance best practices and meet or exceed quality assurance metrics
- Deliver on key business measures including service, cost, labor controls and team engagement
- Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
