Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in the assigned region
- provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- train, develop, and coach team members to achieve role success
- cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by establishing high service standards
- lead and empower team members to meet quality assurance measures
- deliver on key business goals including service, cost, labor control, and team engagement
- proactively resolve issues and show dedication to continuous improvement
