  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • minimum of one year of supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in the assigned region
  • provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • train, develop, and coach team members to achieve role success
  • cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by establishing high service standards
  • lead and empower team members to meet quality assurance measures
  • deliver on key business goals including service, cost, labor control, and team engagement
  • proactively resolve issues and show dedication to continuous improvement
