Job Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
  • Hotel-specific experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25 to 50 percent

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success
  • Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service
  • Hire team members with the right attitude for the right positions
  • Role model quality assurance best practices
  • Deliver on key business measures of service, cost, and labor controls
  • Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
