Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • ability to travel up to 75%

Job Duties

  • assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
  • train, develop and coach team members

  • lead and develop team members across multiple properties
  • role model quality assurance best practices
  • deliver on key business measures of service, cost, labor controls and team engagement
  • handle challenging situations with critical thinking and resolve issues proactively
  • demonstrate dedication to continuous improvement
